Yes. No card, no contract, no trial that runs out. The free plan covers the basics for one business, and you can upgrade later if you want more.
Which tenders can I use it for?
Any South African public tender. The daily feed lists national and provincial tenders published on National Treasury’s eTenders portal. For municipal or state-owned company tenders, upload the tender pack and we’ll check it for you.
Can your staff see my documents?
No. Files are encrypted, and our support screens only show a document’s name and expiry date. If you ever want help on your screen, you choose to allow it, it lasts 30 minutes, and you can see that it happened.
Do I need a computer?
No. Shesha Bids is made for your phone. Snap documents with your camera, and add it to your home screen like an app.
